SiteRecon Service Not Working Again

The SiteRecon service that we use to monitor our email system from the web is not working again.

There's just no way that I can recommend this service now. It just has way too many problems.

Trying to get a refund on the portion of our 1 year plan left. Don't have much hopes in getting it back though.
