Lastly, I'm selling my mom's Epson R300 photo inkjet printer. It's in excellent condition and comes with a USB cable.

You will have to buy a replacement set of inkjet cartridges, most likely.

This is a hi-res photo inkjet printer that uses 6 cartridges for better color and lower cost.

Asking price for the printer is $95.
